I
recently visited Sydney’s
Barangaroo (Look it up) together with increasing
numbers of post covid overseas tourists,
to see what progress on construction has been made in the last two years. As it happened some exhibits of the Biennale
of Sydney were on display to liven up the visual experience.
I took my trusty little Canon Powershot G1X.3 to
record the day’s outing and was again reminded just what a competent little
camera this is.
Most people recorded their day on smartphones but I
still prefer to use a proper camera. This gives me much better control over
framing, depth of field, focus and
exposure. I shoot raw which
allows me to adjust geometry, tonal relationships, color, sharpness and much
else in post processing.
Here are some shots from the day.
